Wyatt's War

This story is engaging and light. Unfortunately, that means some of the trauma of PTSD has been glossed over; if the story had been longer, that could have been delved into more deeply. The book also wraps up quickly, rushing to the finish line. Nevertheless, it's still a good selection for fans of military romances.

Ashes, Ashes, They All Fall Dead

This romantic suspense novel from Diaz (Simon Says Die) is reminiscent of early Sandra Brown and Catherine Coulter, when those authors were still known as romance writers. A good selection from an author this reviewer expects to be big in the coming years.
