VERDICT Hilton (The Amish of Jamesport) introduces new characters and a new story line into the Jamesport setting so loved in her last series. Well-drawn protagonists facing difficult issues lend a sense of realism, and the romantic tension between the two leads will keep readers glued to the page. Fans of Hilton's previous books will want this one.
