Featuring gorgeous photographs from Cassidy, their first cookbook blends modern adaptations of family recipes with creative Indian-English fusion dishes. Enticing small plates, large plates, sweets, sides, and more include cabbage and coconut salad, Kosbadi rabbit masala, mint and apple lassi, and baked paneer cheesecake. These aren't overly cheffy or aspirational, but they do require time, advance planning, and a well-stocked spice cabinet.
