10 Step Drawing: Kawaii

Japanese manga creator/visual artist Kutsuwada (illustrator, The Book of Five Rings) teaches Kawaii drawing techniques in this book of more than 50 full-color illustrations. This fun and easy-to-follow title guides readers through basic drawing tools and various coloring options, such as watercolor paints, marker pens, and colored pencils. The projects themselves—each with 10 steps or fewer—start with basic shapes and then build upon them, using additional simple shapes and lines.
