Delia Owen’s novel became a hit this summer with it's coming-of-age murder mystery and its possible ties to a real-life murder case. Inspired by this story, take a deeper dive with us into historical newspapers and genealogy collections at the public library to explore and unravel non-fiction murder mysteries that are even more compelling than the movies. Along the way we’ll interview the product manager for the Historical Newspapers U.S. State collections, Rick Nelson, to learn database information and searching tips to take your research to the next level.
