Some places have even declared distribution an essential business to remain open during the COVID pandemic—and that’s good news for the couple of libraries that are funded in part by taxes on marijuana sales. In his Backtalk, librarian Max Mancias makes the case for cannabis information in libraries and goes over some of the main categories.
