Florida Libraries Face Fiscal Crunch Norman Oder - 02/12/2008
A legislative rollback of property taxes last year was just the first blow for Florida public libraries, which now face the additional whammy of a constitutional amendment that doubles the basic homestead tax exemption, as well as a series of proposed state cuts.
