Referenda 2009

We want to hear from you if your community held a public referendum for the purpose of financing either the operation or capital improvements of a public library building within the following dates:
DECEMBER 1, 2008 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2009.
Please complete the appropriate form regardless of the passage or defeat of the referendum. There is a separate survey for library operating funds referenda and library building referenda.
