Taylor Mathews is used to taking care of herself—and others, too. She's spent most of her life struggling to balance her own needs with tending her alcoholic mother. New readers might be a bit lost for context, particularly around Mac's love of racing and his prior relationship with Taylor. However, these elements don't detract from the thrilling momentum of their sexcapades, or the rapid escalation of the stalker subplot.
