There is an abundance of information about Turkish food culture, as well as stunning food and travel photography.
VERDICT Gregory-Smith has an engaging style and a passion for his subject. Though he's not yet well-known in the United States, his latest will excite readers who can't get enough of contemporary Middle Eastern cookbooks.
