Based on three previously published books, this volume compiles the experience of three professional British artists. Harrison contributes traditional landscapes, including poppies, a country doorway, and a village in snow; Geoff Kersey, trees and woodlands; and Arnold Lowrey, castles and mountains. Tipped-in traceable drawings make this ideal for beginning artists, but they are fragile and may be a problem for libraries. Alwyn Crawshaw's Watercolor is an inspiring volume without tracing pages.
