Vaasa Kozár is fighting for survival after inheriting the same cursed magic that killed her mother. Vilinsky expertly captures the characters’ full range of emotions as the couple acknowledges their undeniable chemistry, realizing that what was originally a political arrangement has become so much more. Vaasa’s political and combat knowledge showcase her prowess, and her courage, as she risks trusting Reid to help vanquish Dominik, is formidable.
