The world of technology offers new opportunities for many fields of endeavor—including the promulgation of radical politics. This program focuses on two people who hope to use the Internet to disrupt society. Cody Wilson wants to arm the populace by distributing software that produces a printable gun. (This requires the use of a 3-D printer.) He continues to do so despite governmental objections. Amir Taaki disseminates software that allows individuals to use the block-chain technology that makes Bitcoin possible to "go dark" and free people from any government control. He intends to create an anarchic society. If these activities seem frightening, indeed they can be. However, viewers would not be alone if they thought these folks might be on to something good. This video presents a fairly balanced description of the controversy.
