Stranded with His Runaway Bride

Harlequin Presents. Sept. 2022. 224p. ISBN 9781335738776. pap. $5.50. CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE
With an empty altar, a runaway bride, and a groom hot on her trail, could anything be more complicated? Apparently, yes, since the groom in question, Leo, prince of a European principality, was previously engaged to the runaway bride’s sister. When Leo and the runaway bride, Princess Violetta, find themselves stranded, together, it gives the couple time to work on their relationship and figure things out. Leo, content with the political union his family has requested, starts to see more from the independent Princess Violetta than he ever has before. Howells intricately weaves this sweet story from beginning to end, leaving the reader rooting for the couple.
VERDICT Recommend Howells’s (Desert Prince’s Defiant Bride) must-read to those who enjoy royal wedding tales.
