Popular Australia-based YouTuber Reardon, creator and host of baking series How To Cook That, brings her creativity and excitement for cooking and to this cookbook, which is an extension of her talent as a pastry chef, food scientist, and dietician. The title includes recipes for bakers of all levels and is divided into six chapters, including one called “Show-Off Pastries,” which features the gorgeous show-stopper recipes Reardon is known for. In a chapter on cakes and cupcakes, there is a section on how the results of the recipes are affected by the ingredients—for example, the type of fat or the amount of sugar used.
