Finn Ransome would much rather spend his nights gambling than dancing with debutantes at a society ball. His dream is to run his own gaming hell, but he needs to wed before he sees a penny of his inheritance. Enter Miss Tabitha Seaton, a bluestocking in need of a husband of her own. Tabitha is desperate to join London’s most prestigious intellectual society, which will only consider her if she’s married. Finn, who has a reading disability, is worried that he’s no match for Tabitha’s mind and tries to set her up with his friend Dominic.
