Goodbye Again

Liddy has remained brokenhearted since her adult daughter, Jess, killed herself several years ago. Adding to the pain, her husband, Jim, left her a year after Jess’s death with no explanation. Yet, with her best friends from high school, Emma and Maggie, returning to Wyndham Beach, MA, to begin their lives again, Lydia begins to heal herself. She starts to see hope again by buying a bookstore and beginning a new romance with Tuck, an old friend. Lydia even fosters a rising young athlete, giving him a chance to have a better life after both of his parents are sentenced to prison. But as new information comes to light about why her daughter took her own life, Lydia faces the hurt she can’t get over. Meanwhile, her friends’ children build their own lives in Wyndham Beach, finding love and healing their heartbreaks.
