It’s billed as psychological suspense but reads more like domestic fiction, and the final reveal falls flat in comparison with all the questions raised throughout. Narrators Fiona Hardingham, Shivali Bhammer, and Karen Cass are an engaging trio, giving unique personalities to the three first-person narratives. Despite the lack of thrills, the narrators keep the listening experience captivating and compelling.
