Many also include photographs showing steps along the way, which is particularly helpful for the more complicated productions. There is also a nice section on working with chocolate and helpful tools for baking, along with a conversion chart of weights and measures at the end.
VERDICT Overall, a terrific new compendium that will appeal to bakers and chocolate fans of all skill levels.
