Health & Safety Policy for In-Person Events

Updated October 2022

Health & Safety Policy

LJ  takes the health and safety of its personnel and guests at events very seriously. In light of ongoing concerns regarding COVID and other communicable health risks, LJ will comply with any local requirements and standards issued by the CDC or other relevant authorities and will implement protocols in line with the conditions that exist at the time of each event.

We will notify attendees in advance if additional measures, such as mandatory masking, need to be instituted nearer the event in response to a change in circumstances.

Regardless of larger requirements, we encourage attendees to take precautions, such as one-way masking, based on their own needs and circumstances.

By registering for an event, you agree that you will not attend if within ten days beforehand, you have:

  • tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID or other communicable disease
  • experienced any new or unexplained symptoms commonly associated with COVID or other communicable disease
  • been in the immediate vicinity of anyone who has, or within the last ten days, had COVID or other communicable disease (only applies to those not fully vaccinated)

LJ reserves the right to dismiss any participant from an event whose conduct is inconsistent with these policies.

Refunds will be issued to attendees who cancel their registration due to changes in protocols or because they don’t meet the above criteria.
