Chris Nasso is the marketing director for ReferencePoint Press, a company founded in 2007 to publish high-quality nonfiction titles for students in grades 6-12.
Before joining ReferencePoint Press, Chris served as the publisher of Greenhaven Press, Lucent Books, and KidHaven Press from 2006 through 2011. Prior to that, Chris worked at Gale (now part of Cengage Learning) for many years in the editorial area, and then in new product development where she conceptualized, created, and helped to market new print and electronic reference products designed for, variously, middle school, high school, and early college students.

Jim Marshall, Director of Marketing, Scholastic Library Publishing
Jim Marshall is the Director of Marketing for Scholastic Library Publishing. Jim’s been with Scholastic Library Publishing over ten years. He’s been a publishing marketing professional for the last 15 years. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children

Dan Verdick, Director of Marketing, ABDO Publishing
Dan Verdick is an author and library speaker whose had led sessions at district- and state-level meetings across the US, and been featured on the NBC Today Show and in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Dan is the Director of Marketing for educational publisher ABDO Publishing Group. He and his wife live in a suburb of Saint Paul with their two school-age readers.
