Two days back from ALA, I'm equal parts revved and depressed. On the show floor and the dance floor, the show inspired an electric solidarity among the many graduating ALA Emerging Leaders I met. But for every employed, well-adjusted young gun working it, there were three angry cases who had to go home to no job or prospects. This is an issue we're thinking hard about addressing at LJ.
