Michael Blackwell has joined Columbus Metropolitan Library, OH, as Dublin Branch Manager. He was Technical Services Manager at Worthington Libraries, OH.

Karen DeAngelo is the Director of Town of Ballston Community Library (TBCL), Burnt Hills, NY, not the Ballston Spa Public Library, NY, as reported in the February 1 LJ. She previously was the Children's Librarian at TBCL.

Beverly Federspiel has become Director of the Tonawanda Public Library, NY. She succeeds the retiring Chris Moesch. Federspiel most recently headed the children's department of the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library's Central Library.

William Garrison has been named Dean of Libraries at the University of South Florida, Tampa. Garrison recently served as Deputy University Librarian and Associate Dean of Libraries at Syracuse University, NY.

Elizabeth Haskett has been named Bladensburg Branch Manager at Prince George's County Memorial Library System, Hyattsville, MD. She most recently was Assistant Director, Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Library System, NM.

Philip Hendrickson has been appointed Director of Library Services at Concordia University, Seward, NE. He received his MLS in December 2007 from the University of Missouri–Columbia.

Sharon Morris has been named Library Development Director for the Colorado State Library (CSL), Colorado Department of Education. Most recently, she was CSL's Technology and Digital Initiatives Consultant. Morris was a 2005 Library Journal Mover & Shaker.

Cyril Oberlander, former Director of Interlibrary Services at the University of Virginia's Alderman Library, Charlottesville, has been hired as Associate Library Director at the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Kelley Perkins has been promoted to Spauldings Branch Manager at Prince George's County Memorial Library System, Hyattsville, MD. She was previously Children's Age-Level Specialist at the Hyattsville Branch.

James Stelzle has been named Director of Lancaster Public Library, NY. He succeeds William Sutton, who retired last year. Stelzle was a Subject Librarian in the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library's Central Library.
