Gold Book Service Awards!

By Michael Rogers -- Library Journal, 5/1/2007

LJ's Buyer's Guide is being reborn as the Gold Book. Along with its new 6" x 9" trim size sporting cleaner, more streamlined, four-color listings, the makeover includes the introduction of the Gold Book Service Awards. Librarians are encouraged to nominate their favorite wholesaler rep, automation system IT techie, or office supplies agent who goes that extra mile to give absolute top service (vendors can nominate their best people). Winners will be profiled in LJ and honored at a 2008 American Library Association Midwinter reception.
