SAGE: eReference Debut in 2007
By Michael Rogers -- Library Journal, 8/15/2006
SAGE Publications has announced the 2007 release of eReference, an electronic platform for its numerous reference resources. Features include simple searches for words/phrases plus Boolean searches; results display options; browsing by the Readers Guide, the A–Z list of entries, and the index; unlimited users; access directly from your library's browser (no downloads or special readers required); printing, copying/pasting, emailing, and citing options; and the offer of ownership pricing. SAGE told LJ that the platform will launch with more than 45 titles and a one-time offer of 40 percent off listed prices. By signing up for information at www.sagepub.com/ereference, librarians also are automatically entered into a drawing to win ten encyclopedias.
