SFX Mates with Google Scholar

By Staff -- Library Journal, 6/15/2005

Ex Libris May 11 announced that it is now marketing ScholarSFX, which lets libraries create links to their holdings that will appear in Google Scholar search results. "With these tools," according to the company, "institutions with the SFX link server can register with Google Scholar to have their SFX links displayed there." The vendor added that the new SFX tools result from a collaborative effort it forged with Google and several institutions that were part of the Google Scholar OpenURL pilot program.
