Installations: Chattahoochee Adds DartClix
Brodart product to enhance Georgia Regional Library's OPAC

The Chattahoochee Valley Regional Library System, Columbus, GA, is enhancing its OPAC via Brodart Automation's DartClix. The library has more than 325,000 holdings and serves five counties and a population of approximately 200,000. Annual circulation is roughly 650,000 items. By using DartClix, the library will be able to add MARC records for thousands of cataloged web sites to its bibliographic file. According to Brodart, "Patrons can then click on the URL in the record and go directly to the site." Subscribing libraries receive a backlist containing thousands of professionally selected and cataloged records plus a monthly file of 500 new records.
