Despite It All, Clinton Presidential Library Proceeding

With impeachment proceedings now a dark, distant memory and Monica done airing her dirty laundry on TV, the project to construct a Bill Clinton Presidential Library is proceeding apace. According to a cryptic note in the White House Bulletin, Clinton "is focusing on the construction of his $100 million library in Little Rock, (AR)." A serious fund-raising effort reportedly has been launched and "donors are already writing checks."
