Loudoun County Board Member Running for Delegate

Loudoun County Library, VI, Board member Dick Black has announced his intent to seek the delegate seat for the state's 32 District on the Republican ticket. Black's shot at the position, however, hinges on current delegate William C. Mims's own success at a bid for the senate. Mims hasn't officially resigned his seat, although the Washington Post stated he "should be a heavy favorite" for the senate slot.
