Kentucky Receives $305K Grant for Library Technology

Staff -- Library Journal, 1/5/1998

Kentuckiana Metroversity, a group of seven Louisville-area postgraduate institutions, has received a grant for $305,594 from the Graham Brown Foundation to enhance electronic links between its members. The money will be applied toward purchasing software that will let members view each other's catalogs in their own library's format, a feature not currently possible, as many member libraries use computer systems with varying formats.
