Montana Legislators Reject Net Porn Bill
Staff -- Library Journal, 3/5/2001
The Montana Senate has rejected two bills backed by Christian conservatives and opposed by Montana librarians and civil libertarians. The other, which underwent extensive debate, would have allowed parents or guardians to access their child's library records.
