Blackwell's Fred Philipp Retires

Fred A. Philipp retired from B.H. Blackwell Ltd. in January, after 11 years of service. Philipp is a long-time leader in the book world, having served in executive positions in several companies, including Baker & Taylor where he was senior VP from 1968 to 1986, and Ingram Library Services and Ingram International where he was president. He joined Blackwell North America -- now Blackwell's Book Services -- as CEO and president in 1989.
