Random House To Publish New Ralph Ellison Novel

1999 will be a big year for posthumous novels by America's greats. In addition to a forthcoming novel by Hemingway, Random House has announced the publication of a new novel by Ralph Ellison, who passed away in 1994. According to a report in the New York daily Newsday, Ellison worked on the book, titled Juneteenth until his last days. Scheduled for a summer release, the book is Ellison's second novel.
