McCarthy Files Suit Against Regan/HarperCollins

Although a multimillion book deal may be hard to ignore, Lewinsky may want to be tread carefully if she decides to publish. Judith Regan has apparently raised Jenny McCarthy's bleach blonde hackles over her 1997 autobiography, Jen-X. The former Playboy centerfold turned MTV yahoo has filed a breach of contract suit against ReganBooks/HarperCollins claiming that the publisher failed to properly promote the book and welshed on a $200,000 advance. Since her NBC sitcom was just scuttled and her 15 minutes are ticking by quickly, she could undoubtedly use the money.
